Transforming One Commmunity at a Time

Mission One:

ACT is proactive in assisting those who seek housing. Every community has a portion of its population who is unhoused for whatever reason. ACT is trying to eradicate homelessness. Two of the founders of ACT are former United States Marines. It has became our goal in life to take every step possible to ensure that everyone who wants a home can have a home. We have decided that everyone isn’t going to be able to afford to buy or build the traditional American home. So, we have created an alternative to the standard three-bedroom / two-bathroom house. We believe that everyone can afford a tiny home and it is our mission to provide anyone who seeks housing with the American Dream.

The American Dream doesn’t look the same for everyone. Not everyone can afford to take that step and purchase the home of their dreams. We understand people experience tough times for different reasons and we are not here to judge anyone. Our agenda is to eradicate homelessness and assist anyone with their version of the American Dream. If your version of the American Dream is nothing more than a tiny home, we want to create the most beautiful tiny-home community possible and give you the keys to your very own tiny home.

Our goal is to rst and foremost ensure that the words veteran and homeless are never used in the same sentence. Anyone who has worn the uniform and taken an oath to defend this nation should never experience homelessness. If all we can do is provide a veteran with a tiny home then that’s our goal.

Mission Two:

ACT assists those who are indigent and incarcerated in the United States penal system. Whether it be a prisoner in a county jail, state prison or federal prison we are here to help. ACT does not offer legal representation nor does ACT offer legal advice to any person in any jurisdiction.

ACT does assist prisoners with administrative tasks and assists prisoners with ling administrative forms. ACT is willing to help a prisoner le a formal clemency or commutation of sentence request with the Governor of your respective state (for those incarcerated in the state prison system) or with the President of the United States (for those incarcerated in the federal prison system). ACT will also assist prisoners with the preparation of pro se (self represented) motions. What this means is ACT will assist prisoners in helping do legal research and provide the prisoner with information that may or may not help the prisoner’s legal action.

If the prisoner prepares his or her legal ling, ACT will gladly re-type the legal action for the prisoner and furnish copies to the prisoner and the Clerk of the Court for whichever jurisdiction the case is led in. ACT will assist friends and family members with community-support letters to advocate for mitigated sentences or reduced sentences. ACT will assist in preparing Federal TORT Claims (claims against the United States Government for civil damages). ACT will assist prisoners with the preparation of administrative grievances to be led against the Sheriff, Warden or whichever authority has violated the rights of the prisoner; while in ofcial detention or while in ofcial custody.
